Hosting Promotion Terms & Conditions
Offer Overview: This special offer provides 50% off Acora One’s in-house data centre hosting for the first 6 months when you sign up for a 12-month contract with Acora One. The discount applies to hosting services, including processing, RAM, storage, and backups. Licensing and onboarding costs are not included in this offer.
Eligibility:

The offer is available to new customers and existing customers, however is not applicable to any existing active hosting contracts with us.
- This offer is on a first-come, first-served basis, and Acora One reserves the right to refuse any applicant based on availability.
Offer Validity:
- The offer is valid for sign-ups between 1st October 2024 and 1st February 2025.
- Customers must sign up for a minimum 12-month hosting contract to qualify for the 50% discount.
Discount Application:
- The 50% discount will be applied to your invoice covering the first 6 months of hosting services.
- Please note that the discount is exclusively for hosting services and does not extend to licensing, onboarding, or any additional services.
- This discount is only honoured for fixed-term contracts of not less than 12 months, please note that where the agreement is terminated for any reason before the expiry of 12 months, we reserve the right to charge the full rate for the first 6 months.
Right to Withdraw or Amend:
- Acora One reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be communicated via our website or direct communication with the customer, and will take effect immediately unless otherwise specified.
Additional Conditions:
- This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Customers who have already signed up for hosting services with Acora One are not eligible for this offer.
- Any licensing and/or onboarding costs are not included in this offer.
- Acora One shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the hosting services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or failure of third-party service providers.
- Acora One will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the hosting services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Non-Transferability
- This offer is personal to the client and cannot be transferred, assigned, or otherwise provided to any third party.
